European Shipment

All pieces are made-to-order, which mean after your order, the delay can be from 4 to 7 weeks, as already announced. Each piece is unique as all is handmade, so irregularities and differences can appears, which make the product even more unique and beautiful. Once your piece is ready, we will get in contact with you to ship the order - to be sure somebody will be at the reception, if you are in holidays for example - and will send you pictures of the piece and of the pack and provide the tracking number.

Clandestine Ceramique is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international shipments, nor responsible for delays associated with the import process.

All Over the Globe Shipment

If you leave outside Europe and want to receive a piece, please contact me by email and i will make you shipping budget proposals. :)

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your purchase undamaged and unused within 14 days (the date indicated by the carrier). The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of an unused item. Return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; any goods that arrive damaged, chipped or broken cannot be refunded.
